We at Eden Steam Showers take our commitment to our customers very seriously, a great deal of our business comes by way of referrals and personal recommendations, and we aim to keep it that way. We firmly believe that after-sales care is an integral part of the success of our business, and we are dedicated to helping our customers in any way we can.
All our own brand steam showers are covered by a standard 2-year parts warranty and our shower cabins are covered by a 5-year parts warranty*. In practice this means that we will send replacements for any faulty parts during the period of the warranty. After this period has lapsed, we will continue to support your purchase and will provide this service only passing on a modest charge for replacement parts and carriage.
Our range of Frog products have an excellent record and reputation for quality and reliability. If there is a component failure, we should be able to dispatch a replacement part immediately as we hold the vast majority of spares in stock. In the unlikely event that we do not stock the part you require we will obtain it directly from the manufacturer on your behalf.
We only engage with third party suppliers that have a similar reputation for customer service. If spare parts are required for these products, we will do everything we can to assist your claim with the manufacturer.
