Why us?

Many of the companies currently supplying steam showers on the internet operate from warehouses or PO boxes and often don’t have any of their models in stock or even available for viewing.

We don’t only sell steam showers online but are an established specialist retailer operating from our own outlet in Chobham Surrey. We display all types of our steam showers either at our shop or at one of our nearby concession sites and remain open and available to support our customers six days a week. We are proud to show off our models and welcome viewings as we understand that it is the only way for our customers to fully appreciate the quality of our products.

Stock

It’s not uncommon for some companies to advertise a huge range of steam showers at very low prices but hold little or no stock at all. Typically a container shipment of steam showers will take 6-7 weeks to arrive from the date that the order is placed with the manufacturer. Many suppliers will quote this as a delivery lead time but often will not place the order until they have enough sales to either pay for or fill a full shipment.

This can lead to incredibly long delays of weeks if not months. We offer a carefully selected stock range of steam showers as featured in our brochure and on our web site and endeavour to keep multiples of all of these units in stock at all times. By concentrating on a smaller stock range from a single manufacturer we can easily support the whole of our range and can provide our customers with an excellent after-sales service. All of these models and spares are held by us in our own warehouse facility in Bisley, Surrey.

We do offer a range that can be built to order but are always open and honest with delivery times and will not underestimate lead times to secure an order.

Spin and Sales

The steam shower market is awash with suppliers offering never ending sales and misleading guarantees and gimmicks that often prove meaningless upon closer inspection of the small print.

We only offer fixed, transparent pricing and a straight-forward honest and professional service. We only have sales to balance stock and these only apply to specific models for a strictly limited time only. We offer a 2 year parts guarantee with all of our products and have the infrastructure in place to fully support our commitments to our customers.

Delivery

Many suppliers use hub couriers which although much cheaper can offer a very poor service to the customer.

All of our steam showers are sent out on dedicated vehicles to minimise the risk of damage. In most cases we offer free or heavily subsidised delivery and will always arrange delivery around dates and times that suit our customers’ requirements. Also, as we manage our own storage facility we are able to store items on behalf of our customer’s and dispatch them as required.

Why our Products?

Branded Steam Showers

The market has recently been flooded with cheap unbranded steam showers for which parts can be impossible to source.

We only supply quality branded units from a single manufacturer that has been established for over sixteen years. All of our showers carry the Potter or Luyisi brand which means that you will always be able to obtain spares for your shower. Luyisi and Potter steam showers are sold throughout the world and are all rigorously tested prior to dispatch. They are manufactured to numerous international standards including, ISO 9001:2000, ANAB, ROHS, EWC and CE.

Construction

Quality of build is not so evident in pictures, which is why so many internet only retailers can offer steam showers at such low prices. These units can look good in the pictures but are often very flimsy and unstable.

Frames

All of our models are constructed with substantial, heavy-duty aluminium frames for superb stability. You will probably notice that the columns and framework on our models are visibly wider than on most other comparable products.

Tubs and Trays

Similarly all of our baths and trays are built using 5-ply re-enforced acrylic constructed over a heavy duty, powder-coated steel box metal framework which prevents flexing.

Acrylic Panels

Most steam showers on the market have acrylic back walls supplied in multiple sectional pieces. Due to the reduced packing size this saves a great deal in freight and delivery costs but also significantly undermines stability and structure which will inevitably cause the unit to flex and creak.

All of the back walls of our acrylic backed stock range are made from one single piece of tough 5-ply re-enforced acrylic for strength and stability. The only exception to this is the Rimini which due to its larger size requires two panels.

Silicone Free

Many other steam showers on the market require the liberal use of silicone sealer during assembly. In many cases these models need to be glued together and then to the base tray with silicone in order to seal. This silicone will often discolour over time and can harbour various moulds and fungal growths.

All of our models are self sealing and are constructed within the confines of a specially designed base tray. These trays have a lip all the way round the unit that prevents any water from escaping and removes the need to use unsightly silicone sealer. There is also no need to silicone the back panel to the aluminium side columns due to a channel incorporated into the design which prevents any water from escaping the confines of the tray.

Glass

To save on costs many manufacturers use cheaper 4-5mm tempered glass. All of our models are constructed with 6mm heavy-duty, tempered safety glass.

Electronics

Many steam showers are supplied with overly complex and unreliable electrical circuits. All of our Luyisi and Potter models share the same control circuit which has been tried and tested over many years and has proved to be both safe and reliable. The main computer also features an additional redundant CPU (computer processing unit) which ensures superb reliability. Most other models do not have this built in redundancy due to the extra cost. All of our models are built to stringent safety standards and fully comply with all UK safety legislation.
