Do you provide a brochure for all your products?

Yes we do, just give us a call or email and we will send a copy to you. Although most of the information within the brochure is available on the site. If you do require any additional technical information that is not listed please feel free to give us a call.

Are your products kept in stock?

Yes, we try to keep our entire stock range available for immediate delivery. If they are not in stock then they are on order and we are awaiting delivery.

How long will I have to wait for delivery?

If the item is in stock we should be able to have it delivered to you within a couple of days if it's not in stock we will advise you of an accurate delivery time before we take the order.

Do you supply other models?

Yes we can supply a massive range of steam rooms, showers and baths in a host of configurations. These are available to order and will be included within our regular shipments of stock items. Call us with your requirements and we can discuss some options and send over details of additional models.

Can I view your products prior to ordering?

Yes most of our products are on display or available for viewing at our premises in Wokingham or at one of our concession areas. Just call for details.

How much will delivery over 100 miles cost?

This really depends upon the size of the product and the distances involved, we generally do subsidise the delivery cost of most items, just give us a call for a quote.

Can I order over the telephone?

Yes we accept all major debit and credit cards.

What kind of electrical supply do the steam rooms require?

All our steam rooms are fitted with a 2.8 KW steam generator as standard. With the lights and radio you will require a 3 KW rated supply to run the unit. In the case of steam rooms with a massage baths these also have a separate connection for the massage pump on the bath, which draws 0.9 KW.

What pressure water supply do you products require?

We recommend a minimum of 2-bar water pressure on both the hot and the cold supply.

Do your steam rooms require fixing to the wall?

No all of our steam rooms are self-contained freestanding units that can be assembled, connected and then moved into position.

How do they connect to the water supply?

Through two reinforced pre-fitted flexible 15 mm hot and cold supply pipes.

Is a trap and waste pipe supplied?

Yes the units are pre-fitted with a trap and a 40 mm flexible waste pipe.

Do I need to tile or prepare the wall behind the unit?

No the steam rooms are backed by either acrylic or frosted glass that conceals the wall behind.

Do your products work with a combi boiler?

Yes most combi boilers will provide at least 2-bar of water pressure, which is perfectly adequate for the job.

Do steam rooms and shower enclosures come with a shower pump?

Shower systems do not include a standard pump as the need for a pump or the type of pump required will depend entirely on the configuration and specifications of your water and heating system.

Do you supply shower pumps?

Yes we do supply shower pumps, give us a call and we will let you know what type of pump you require.

Do I need to fit a water softener for my steam room?

A water softener is not essential but is recommended, as it would prevent lime scale forming in the steam generator and water jets in hard water areas.

Can I collect in person?

Certainly no problem.

Do you provide a warranty?

All of our products are covered by a minimum 2-year parts warranty

Do you supply and stock spare parts?

Yes we fully support all of our products and keep most spare parts in stock. If for any reason the part you require is not held by us we will obtain it from the manufacturer on your behalf.

Can I install your products myself?

It is not difficult to assemble these units although we do strongly recommend that you employ a professional tradesman. However it is essential that all connections to the mains should only be carried out by a qualified plumber and a qualified electrician.

What effect will the steam have on the surrounding area?

Very little our products can either be ventilated outside or you can simply turn on the shower to condense the steam.

Do they come with instructions?

Yes all our products come with installation and usage instructions.

How frequently can I take a steam bath?

Every day if you desire steam bathing has numerous health benefits.

Is breathing in the steam difficult?

No on the contrary steam eases respiration.

Where is the best place to install a Steam room?

Anywhere that is suitable for a conventional shower.

What is the correct temperature for steam bathing?

Between 40° and 45° C
